... is the Arant's treasure. At least in this case. Check out this car seat Leatha found in our neighbor's trash. Guess which one.
The one on the left is old faithful. All of our kids have ridden in it. But check out this beauty on the right that Leatha uncovered digging through (just kidding, it was near the top...) our neighbor's trash. I guess that means we live in a nice neighborhood. There's probably something in the neighborhood bylaws that you can't dig through your neighbor's trash. Or least there will be after we're here a couple more years.

I wonder why they threw it out, it looks like it is in good condition! Is it expired? there are expiration dates on all car seats. What a great find, wish we could find one, we could use another one!
Do people not do garage sales in your neighborhood? That would fetch a fair price sitting on a driveway in May.
This car seat has the styrofoam and padding underneath the cover. The styrofoam was broken on one side so I duck taped it back together. The previous car seat we were using had zero foam or padding--just the plastic. I figured this one would be more comfortable and the black cover is in excellent condition. So, the only reason I can see them tossing this is because of the broken styrofoam.
People do garage sales around here. Though for some, it's just easier to toss items and buy new.
If you see them throwing out a miter saw, let me know.
That is awesome! We need a toddler girls training wheel bike, hook us up Arants!!
